Partner Perspectives

How many times this week have you caught yourself in a 2:00 AM doomscroll spiral, watching random videos when you’d much rather be hanging out with your favorite people? You’re not alone. We live in a world where it’s easier than ever to connect online, yet harder than ever to actually get together in real life.
We’re putting the final touches on our launch, but before we officially open to the public, we wanted to share why we’re building this line in the first place.
We sat down with Pahi Tiwari, Marketing Associate, to get a better idea of the potential customer.
Q: What is the ideal customer?
A:“People that are social, enjoy planning events and get to do things with friends instead of being alone. As well as, people that suffer from doom scrolling.”
Q: What would the customer like to buy most?
A:“Indoor games, our starting line would suit best, especially because the weather is currently getting colder out.”
Q: Would the customer be satisfied?
A:“Yes, because we are offering a popular line and there will be much more variety of entertainment to come.”
Q: What would the customer want from us?
A:“They would want affordability and an opportunity to hangout with people. Many online items are expensive so something a little bit more budget friendly, something they can relate to.”
Q: How would you expect the customer to come back again and again?
A: “We are going to continue to grow our lines with variety. We also have something for every season.”
Q: What's the best way of advertisement for the customer?
A: “Activity based advertisement will be great, especially something with perks so the customer can get something out of it.”

🌶️ Hot Take of the Week: Fast shipping doesn't matter if the product doesn't last.
The industry has spent a decade obsessing over 1-day delivery, but nobody talks about the quality drop. We’d rather take an extra day to get it right than send you something that breaks in a month.
